Founding Account Executive (AI / DevTools)
We’re working with an early-stage, VC-backed AI company building infrastructure for the next generation of intelligent applications.
They’ve built strong momentum with technical teams and inbound demand — now hiring their first true sales hire to help scale.
The role
You’ll work directly with the founders to build and own the GTM motion from day one.
- Own the full sales cycle (outreach → discovery → demo → close)
- Sell to technical stakeholders (CTOs, engineers, data teams)
- Partner with product/engineering on solution design
- Build pipeline from scratch and shape early sales playbooks
- Help define messaging, pricing, and overall GTM strategy
What they’re looking for
- 4 years in B2B SaaS / technical sales
- Comfortable selling to technical buyers and multi-threaded deals
- Experience in AI, developer tools, or data/infrastructure is a plus
- Proven ability to operate in low-structure, high-ownership environments
- Strong closer, but also someone who can build
