Founding Account Executive – Enterprise FinTech / AI
New York City (Hybrid)
We’re building out the US commercial team for a high-growth, AI-native platform focused on financial institutions. The business is already live with customers and scaling quickly, now hiring a founding AE in NYC.
This is a 0→1 role with real ownership across pipeline generation, new logo acquisition, and shaping go-to-market.
What we’re looking for
- Enterprise sales experience within fintech or financial services
- Track record selling into banks, lenders, asset managers, or similar institutions
- Experience in high-growth / scaling environments (early or growth-stage companies)
- Proven ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder deals
- High ownership mindset and strong commercial execution
What you’ll do
- Own the full enterprise sales cycle (pipeline → close)
- Win new business across banks, lenders, and financial institutions
- Build senior relationships across complex buying groups
- Partner with product and technical teams on solutioning
- Help shape GTM strategy and market positioning
