We are looking for a talented Electrical Engineer for Building Design to join our client's award-winning design team in St. Petersburg, Florida. Working on large-scale Senior Living, Healthcare and Multifamily High-Rise projects, both new construction and renovation, you will have the chance to build your leadership skills, collaborate with top professionals and strengthen your portfolio on prestigious assignments. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead electrical engineering delivery across multiple projects, ensuring quality and client satisfaction
- Design power, low voltage and lighting systems that meet both budget and code requirements
- Mentor and manage the electrical team on your projects, helping them develop their skills
- Attend project meetings and site visits, representing the company and guiding solutions on the ground
- Produce clear, coordinated construction documents that support smooth project delivery
- Resolve design or construction challenges efficiently, keeping projects on track

The Person
- Licensed Professional Electrical Engineer in the State of Florida.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
- At least 10 years’ experience in an AE environment.
- Strong background in commercial, senior living and high-rise projects.
- Confident communicator with the ability to guide teams and work with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit and Microsoft Office.
