Job Summary: The Senior Project Manager will plan, direct, coordinate and budget activities concerned with the construction and maintenance of playground surfacing systems. They may supervise other project managers and installation teams. They manage and/or participate in the conceptual development of a construction project and oversee its organization, scheduling, and implementation.
Pay Range: $93,000 – $117,000/annually, based on experience

The Impact You’ll Make
- Inspects job sites prior to installation for correct measurement’s, thickness, access, and compliance with ASTM, building and safety codes, and other regulations.
- Calculate materials needed for installation and communicate or purchases supplies needed for job projects.
- Schedule projects in logical steps and budget time required to meet deadlines.
- Determine labor requirements and dispatch installation crews to the construction sites with specific instructions.
- Interpret and explain plans and contract terms to General Contractor’s, administrative staff, workers and clients representing the owner or developer.
- Accomplishes human resources objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; communicates job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising and reviewing job contributions; enforcing policies and procedures.
- Interprets specifications, blueprints, job orders in order to schedule work assignments for installation crew and obtains all necessary permits and licenses.
- High School Diploma or equivalent years of experience. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 10 years experience as a project manager in a similar business environment; construction background preferred
- Proven ability to effectively use MS Office (specifically: Word, Excel) and other applicable software applications
- Experience analyzing and planning workforce utilization, design layouts and workspace for maximum safety, quality and efficiency
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects within deadlines
- Demonstrated success in the leading and managing of people in a team-based environment.

- Strong interpersonal and clear communication skills, both verbal and written, for working effectively with multiple personalities
