We are looking for a high-energy Inside Sales Associate to join us as an Inside Service Coordinator. In this role, you won't just be making calls; you’ll be the driving force behind our revenue recovery, turning open estimates and unsold recommendations into completed jobs. You will act as the bridge between our field technicians and our customers, ensuring no opportunity falls through the cracks.
What You’ll Do
As a key member of the Zero Team (service), your mission is to eliminate missed opportunities and deliver a seamless customer experience for our Service Department.
Drive Revenue: Proactively reach out to customers with open service tickets, estimates, and deferred recommendations to close the sale.
Consult & Convert: Confidently explain our services and pricing, using a consultative approach to overcome objections and build trust.
Own the Process: Manage the full sales cycle from inbound/outbound lead conversion to documenting every interaction accurately in our CRM.
Collaborate for Success: Coordinate closely with dispatch and operations to ensure smooth scheduling and total customer satisfaction.
Analyze & Improve: Track why opportunities are missed and share those insights with leadership to help us grow.
We need a "results-driven closer" who brings a sense of urgency to every call.
Proven Phone Sales Experience: You must have previous experience in inside sales, service sales, or a similar call-based closing role.
The Gift of Gab: A strong phone presence and the ability to build rapport quickly with customers is essential.
Closing Chops: You are comfortable handling objections and have a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Tech Savvy: You are highly organized and comfortable working within CRM systems.
Industry Knowledge (A Plus): Experience in trades or home services (roofing, garage doors, etc.) or a background in financing/lending is highly beneficial.
