- Day: Monday-Friday 7 AM - 4PM
- Night: Monday - Friday 12 PM - 9PM
- Weekend: Friday - Monday 8 AM - 6PM Potential Shift Differential

- What You'll Do
- Follow our proven service system and educate customers on products and services.
- Deliver top-quality workmanship using the proper tools and techniques.
- Meet and exceed key performance goals.
- Maintain a clean, organized work area and company vehicle.
- Build lasting customer relationships and earn referrals through outstanding service.
- Represent the company with professionalism, integrity, and a positive attitude.
- Participate in ongoing training, team meetings, and development opportunities.
- Mentor apprentices to promote skill growth and accuracy in every job.
- Understand and uphold company mission, policies, and guarantees.
- Perform hands-on work safely and effectively in a variety of climate conditions.
- What You’ll Bring
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Service Plumber
- Knowledge of local plumbing codes and how to apply them on the job.
- Skilled in soldering, pipe threading, fixture installation, gas leak testing, and repairs.
- Strong communication skills and comfortable using iPad-based software.
- Self-motivated individual who thrives in a team environment.
- Proven plumbing experience with a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Physical Requirements
- Able to stand, walk, bend, squat, sit, and lift for long periods.
- Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Ready to work in all types of weather.
- Able to communicate clearly in English.
- Willing and able to wear all required PPE (safety glasses, safety-toe boots, etc.).
- Offers are contingent upon passing a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
Salary : $65,000 - $150,000
