In this role, you aren’t just a salesperson; you act as a consultant helping residential customers diagnose issues and make confident, informed decisions about their home's plumbing systems.
The Role
Customer Advocacy: Focus on providing repair options and educating customers on the best products, finance options, and maintenance plans for their needs.
Field Collaboration: Work closely with service technicians, install teams, and dispatch to ensure seamless project execution.
Technical Excellence: Utilize your knowledge of local plumbing codes, safety, and permits to provide accurate on-the-job applications.
Mentorship: Share your expertise by training and mentoring apprentices within the team.
Growth Mindset: Participate in daily team huddles, morning meetings, and "Grow or Die" training retreats, which may include out-of-state travel for certifications.

Qualifications
Experience: Proven plumbing experience with a desire for continuous technical improvement.
Sales Track Record: A documented history of success in sales and building customer rapport.
Financial Acumen: Ability to determine job profitability and understand how operational activities affect the bottom line.
Communication: Strong verbal communicator with the ability to master iPad software for invoicing and data recording.
Personality: An outgoing, goal-driven individual who is highly organized and enjoys winning as a team.
Requirements: Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
Schedule & Compensation
Workweek: Typical shifts are 8–10 hours, 5 days per week,
Pay Structure: Competitive hourly rate plus a Capacity Direct Cost Tier Pay Plan.
