The Pillars of Lakeville brings the best of senior care & living to the Twin Cities’ fastest-growing south metro community near Farmington. This beautiful new building will offer 100 senior apartments including independent and assisted living units as well as a carefully crafted memory care neighborhood on the first floor with a patio courtyard. Coordinates leisure programs, activities, exercise classes, and special events for older adults in an assisted living residence.
The Resident Services Coordinator provides a wide range of administrative support to the nursing department and maintains the nursing staffing schedule for the community.
Schedule includes;
- 80 hours every two weeks ; full time
- Day Shift
- On-call rotation and weekend rotation

Responsibilities:
- Maintains nursing staffing schedule for the community
- Coordinates Administrative functions
- Coordinates training and maintains records
- Coordinates resident communication
Required Qualifications
- One to Three Years experience
- MS office experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Vocational/Technical Training or Associate Degree
- Previous experience working with Eldermark and Educare
- Health Unit Coordinator training
Ebenezer offers a robust compensation package with excellent benefits and hourly wages ranging from $23.18 - 31.78 / hour. Wage determinations will be based on similar experiences.
