RN - Registered Nurse

Ebenezer is hiring an Registered Nurse/RN role whom would be responsible for ensuring that the safety and health needs of the Long term care center and transitional care unit patients are met. Supported by a team of nursing leadership, nursing assistants, housekeeping, activities, culinary, social work and more. Come join the Aurora on France Nursing community in Edina, MN!

Nursing schedule includes;

• 24 hours every two weeks ; part-time
• Evening shift, evening shift differential pay
• Every other Saturday/Sunday and holiday schedule rotation

Responsibilities: 

• Monitors personal cares provided to assure consistency with each individual Care Plan
• Coordinates medications and performs treatments per physician orders and facility policies
• RN – Assesses care plans, resident goals and revises, modify as needed
• Provides reports and documentation related to incidents, change of status and cares provided

Required:

• Current MN RN license or by start date

  • BLS is required upon hire and/or new hire must show proof that they are currently

    enrolled in a BLS class to renew or obtain their certification. BLS certification must be

    obtained within three-weeks of hire date and before nurse can perform independent

    practice

• AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers or Red Cross CPR for Professional Rescuers

Preferred:

• Comfortable using Microsoft windows and electronic charting systems
• Work experience in a patient support role, LPN or RN
• Good written and verbal communication skills to interact with residents, families and physicians or providers

An individual's pay rate within the posted range may be determined by various factors, including skills, knowledge, relevant education, experience, and market conditions. Additionally, our organization prioritizes pay equity and considers internal team equity when making any offer. Hiring at the maximum of the range is not typical. If your role is eligible for a sign-on bonus, the bonus program that is approved and in place at the time of offer, is what will be honored.

Salary : $37 - $53
