Resident Services Coordinator II

We are looking for a Resident Services Coordinator II to join our team at Trails of Orono in Wayzata, MN! This position provides a wide range of administrative support to the community. May also serve as main receptionist for the community. This administrative schedule includes;

• 80 hours every two weeks
• Full time, Day shift
• Weekends as needed, On Call for Staffing Needs

The Trails of Orono Senior Living community is located in a serene wooded setting just west of Minneapolis near Highways 12 and I-494 in Wayzata, MN. Job Duties:

• Maintain nursing staffing schedule for community
• Coordinates Administrative functions
• Coordinates Training and Maintains Records
• Assists with billing, accounts receivable and accounts payable (if applicable)
• Coordinates Resident Communication
• Functions as receptionist for the building
• Other duties as assigned
• Works as Resident Assistant (RA) upon request of building leadership

Required Qualifications:

• Familar with Microsoft Office applications

Preferred Qualifications:

• Vocational/Technical Training or Associate Degree

• Other License/Certification/Registration: Health Unit Coordinator training

• One to three years of previous experience
• Previous experience working with Eldermark and Educare

$23.18 - $31.78 / Hourly
