What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dining Room Coordinator position at Ebenezer?
Ebenezer is looking for a Dining Room Coordinator to join our team! This role is responsible for supporting the Director of Nutrition by leading and directing Nutrition Services team members; along with planning, organizing, enforcing proper food handling, sanitation practices and promoting a safe working environment.
This nutrition services schedule includes;
- 80 hours every two weeks
- Full-time
- Includes every other weekend and holiday

Job Responsibilities:
- Serves meals and ensures that the dining area is clean and inviting
- Promotes and encourages positive resident relations and satisfaction
- Provide support and direction to Culinary Assistants
- Hires and supervises dining staff
- Supports the Culinary Director to ensure quality culinary outcomes
Required:
- 0-1 year of experience
Preferred:
- High School Diploma/GED
- 1-3 years of experience
- Working knowledge of basic Microsoft applications
