Ebenezer has an immediate opening for an Administrative Services Coordinator at Aurora on France Senior Living Community, in Edina, MN. The Admission Coordinator will develop relationships with referral sources and work with internal teams to promote and maintain full occupancy as well as assisting the interdisciplinary team in meeting the needs of the residents and families of the TCU.
This position includes:
- 80 hours per pay period (full-time)
- Day shift
- No weekends

Ability to process and complete move-ins while providing pre-move in counseling, information and tours.
Facilitates the intake process and secures primary care provide
Supports a sales and marketing plan aimed at full occupancy
Lead the public assistance process for the resident
All other duties as assigned
Required:
- High school Diploma/GED
- 0-1 years of experience
Preferred:
- Vocational/Technical Training or Associate Degree
