Ebenezer is looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our Senior Cooperative team at Village of Lawrence in Lawrence, Kansas! This role is responsible, under the direction of the Property Manager, for the overall maintenance of the building at our Senior Living Cooperative. No boiler's license required!
This maintenance schedule includes;
- 40 hours every two weeks ; part time
- Day Shift
- On call for maintenance emergencies
Responsibilities:
- Current Driver’s License (in good standing)
- One to three years of previous experience
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Required Qualifications:
- Real Estate Licensure - required to obtain within 48 months of hire date
- three to five years of previous experience
- Solid understanding of basic Microsoft applications
- Ability to interact effectively with older adults
Preferred Qualifications:
- Vocational/Technical Training or Associate Degree: HVAC or related
- Three to five years of previous experience
