Job Title: Outbound Distribution Center Representative (DCR)

Position Overview
Join a high-performing team supporting distribution center operations. This role is responsible for executing daily tasks related to outbound logistics, including order fulfillment, packing, and shipping. The position requires strong attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately and on time
- Conduct visual inspections and basic quality checks
- Prepare and complete shipping documentation, including labels and packing slips
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming materials as needed
- Communicate any order discrepancies or issues to supervisors
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety standards
Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Less than one year of related experience required; training will be provided
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds consistently without assistance
- Comfortable standing for long periods and performing repetitive tasks
- Willingness to work overtime, including weekends, as needed
- Forklift certification is a plus, but not required
- Must meet visual acuity standards if final inspections are part of assigned tasks
