Warehouse Associate – Distribution Center
Location: Chandler, AZ
Compensation: $17.50 per hour Overtime Opportunities
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Overview
A leading distribution facility in Chandler, AZ is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associates to support daily operations. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity in a clean and safety-focused environment. No prior warehouse experience is required—training is provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment
- Accurately complete shipping and receiving documentation
- Unpack, inspect, and store inbound materials
- Process returns and handle defective items as directed
- Assist with stock rotation and inventory control
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Follow safety procedures and report issues to supervisors
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Willingness to work overtime as needed
- Forklift experience/certification is a plus (not required)
- Visual acuity may be required for inspection tasks
