Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking a hands-on and detail-oriented Maintenance Technician for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Santa Ana, CA. This is a great role for someone with mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical skills looking to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Location: Santa Ana, CA
Pay: $30.00/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

What You’ll Do:
- Perform preventative maintenance tasks to ensure optimal production flow
- Work with Engineering to create and track PM schedules for machinery
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical systems
- Support equipment upgrades and testing
- Implement and track maintenance logs and best practices
- Collaborate with production teams to develop operator-led maintenance programs
- Identify and suggest equipment or process improvements
- Maintain detailed documentation and follow safety protocols
- Perform other duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For:
Qualifications & Skills:
- 2 years of maintenance technician experience
- Strong mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Familiarity with factory automation and industrial equipment
- Ability to read instructions, take direction, and work independently or with a team
- Basic computer skills including email, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and a safety-first attitude
- Curious and eager to learn new systems and technologies
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for long periods, walk, bend, twist, kneel, crouch, and climb stairs
- Regular use of hand tools, including torque wrenches and drills
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Exposure to machinery noise and warehouse environments with fluctuating temperatures
- Ability to hear alarms, instructions, and communicate clearly
