Assembler | 12-Hour Rotating Shifts | Clinton, MA
Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking Assemblers for both day and night shifts in Clinton, MA. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing manufacturing team in a fast-paced electronics production environment. Both entry-level and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply!
Location: Clinton, MA
Pay:
- Day Shift (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM): $19.00/hour
- Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM): $21.00/hour (includes $2.00 shift differential)
- Shifts Available: 12-hour rotating schedule – Day and Night Shifts available

What You’ll Do:
- Place parts manually on circuit boards according to visual and written specifications
- Perform basic, repetitive electronic assembly tasks including labeling and preparation of components
- Inspect assembled parts for proper insertion and alignment
- Use small hand tools and barcode scanners
- Maintain accurate reports and replenish part bins as needed
- Keep workstations clean and organized according to 5S standards
- Follow all safety procedures and supervisor instructions
- Adhere to company security and quality policies
- Perform other related duties as assigned

- Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions
- Comfortable performing repetitive tasks with precision
- Strong attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination
- Basic experience with assembly tools and barcode scanners preferred
- Willingness to work 12-hour shifts on a rotating schedule
- Positive attitude and ability to work under direct supervision
