Job Summary:
We are seeking a Warehouse Manager to join our team! Your job will begin in the warehouse using our state-of-the-art inventory management system to receive goods and pick orders. You will then be responsible for overseeing the warehouse team, maintaining warehouse equipment and routing the daily deliveries. You will be responsible for deliveries to our Southern California-based customers using a 24’ box truck with lift gate (some driving required, not a daily task).
Responsibilities:

Manage, prioritize, and assign daily activities for the warehouse team.
*
Maintain all warehouse equipment and schedule all equipment servicing.
*
Schedule and assist will daily routing for deliveries.
*
Maintains inventory by identifying, labeling, and placing materials and supplies in stock; recording location of inventory.
*
Read orders such as customer, work, shipping and transfer orders to determine products to be moved, gathered or distributed.
*
Load, unload, and move materials from storage to staging sites and/or designated areas per each sales ticket.
*
Properly wrap, label, and mark material for easy identification and loading.
*
Utilizing manual lifts, reach trucks and transfer equipment (requires applicable safety and operational training)
*
Operating RF scanners and other hand-held devices
Qualifications:
*
3 - 5 years supervisory experience
*
2 - 4 years inventory control experience
*
Knowledge of ERP systems and able to understand all aspects of material transactions
*
Ability to interface and communicate professionally with all levels of management
*
Ability to function in a fast paced, constantly changing environment
*
Forklift certification
*
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
*
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
*
Ability to operate scanners and to quickly learn new technology as the need arises
*
Proficient with Microsoft Office
*
Occasional lifting and pulling objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
*
Deadline oriented
*
Must be a US Citizen with a valid passport or the ability to obtain a passport
