Location: Chandler, AZ
Shift: 8AM - 4:30PM
Pay Range: $17.50 - $17.50 hourly
Employment Type: Temp to hire

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and experienced Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations. This role involves moving inventory, operating forklifts, and using RFID technology to track materials. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, detail-oriented, and comfortable working extended hours when required.
Key Responsibilities:

Move, load, and unload inventory throughout the warehouse
*
Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment safely
*
Use RFID scanners to track, receive, and ship inventory accurately
*
Perform shipping, receiving, picking, and stocking tasks
*
Maintain inventory accuracy and follow warehouse procedures
*
Follow all safety guidelines and company policies
*
Assist with general warehouse duties as needed
Schedule & Overtime:
*
Monday through Friday
*
Occasional Saturdays as needed
*
Overtime available during the week, including 12-hour shifts when required
Qualifications:
*
Prior warehouse experience preferred
*
Forklift certification required
*
Experience using RFID scanners or similar inventory systems
*
Basic computer skills
*
Ability to lift, move, and handle inventory throughout the shift
*
Strong attendance and reliability
Work Environment:
*
Fast-paced warehouse setting
*
Requires standing, walking, lifting, and operating equipment for extended periods
