Shift: 2nd shift - 3pm-11:30am
Hourly Pay Range $20-24/hr

Job Summary:
We are seeking skilled Machine Operators to work with precision equipment to produce high-quality parts in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on machining experience, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining safety and quality standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Set up and operate manual conventional machinery for precision part production.
*
Load and offload materials safely, including metals such as aluminum, stainless steel, titanium, and carbon steel.
*
Perform in-process and final inspections
*
Adjust tooling, fixtures, and feeds to ensure accurate tolerances and high-quality output.
*
Troubleshoot machine issues and perform routine maintenance to minimize downtime.
*
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings for precise part fabrication.
*
Maintain production records and quality documentation.
*
Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace
*
Requirements:
*
2–5 years of experience in machine operating
*
Proficiency in precision measurement tools
*
Knowledge of materials such as aluminum, stainless steel, titanium, and plastics.
*
Ability to follow blueprints and technical instructions accurately.
*
Good problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
*
High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training preferred.
