- The hourly rate for this position is expected to be between $17.00-$17.00 per hour, depending on geographic location, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

Job Summary:

What You’ll Be Doing:
Warehouse & Shipping
- Handle daily incoming and outgoing shipments, making sure everything is processed accurately and on time
- Keep detailed records of shipments, returns, and inventory
- Use shipping platforms like FedEx, UPS, and USPS, along with internal systems
- Prepare items like books, magazines, and CDs for shipment
- Receive and organize inventory into the correct locations
- Monitor daily shipping/receiving activity and share updates with the team
- Help keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe
- Enter new products into the system as needed
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including pickups, sorting, and distribution
- Operate postage equipment and ensure mail is processed correctly
- Keep mailroom reports organized and shared with the right teams
- Maintain supplies and keep the mailroom running smoothly
- Track and manage mail-related transactions accurately
- Help complete day-to-day facility requests and general maintenance tasks
- Support with inventory tracking and reporting for facilities
- Assist with things like moving furniture, handling trash, and keeping the building in good shape
- Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks when needed
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
- Comfortable using computers and basic systems
- Good communication skills and a team-first mindset
- Able to juggle multiple tasks and stay on top of priorities
- Reliable, proactive, and someone who takes initiative
- Able to lift up to 40 lbs and stay on your feet throughout the shift
