Salary will be $18.00 per hour
Work hours will be scheduled between 7:00 am to 5:30 pm, Monday through Friday

With its play-based curriculum and inclusive approach to education for children who are neurodiverse or have other related disabilities, this new private school represents a significant milestone in our community. The Early Childhood Educator Assistant is dedicated to providing essential support in creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for children aged 6 weeks to 3 years old.

A snapshot of what you'll do:
- Provide a positive, safe, stimulating, and inclusionary learning environment
- Assist in implementing age-appropriate curriculum and activities
- Assist in recognizing, adapting teaching strategies, and addressing the individual needs of each child
- Collaborate with the lead educator to maintain open and effective communication with parents and families
Qualifications:
- National Early Childhood Credential (CDA/NECC) preferred
- Successful completion of the Florida Department of Children & Families 45-hour Child Care Training in early childhood education (must obtain within 90 days of hire)
- Current CPR and First Aid certification
