EagleView, the leader in aerial imagery, is hiring a Strategic Planning Lead to our Operations Planning team. The Strategic Planning Lead is responsible for advancing next-generation Sales Inventory and Operations Planning (SIOP) processes by operationalizing structured demand visibility, scenario framing, and economically grounded prioritization across imagery, data, and measurement products. This role translates complex operational and financial data into clear planning frameworks and recommendations that support company growth, margin discipline, and operational alignment.
We are looking for a strategic thinker with strong analytical acumen and communication skills, and a demonstrated ability to deliver clear business recommendations in evolving environments. This position collaborates closely with Finance, Sales, Product, and Operations to define assumptions, evaluate trade-offs, and strengthen end-to-end planning processes. Daily work includes scenario modeling, demand analysis, cross-functional alignment, planning governance development, and executive-ready communication of strategic recommendations.This is a hybrid role based out of Rochester, NY, with a base salary of $84,400-$110,000 and bonus potential of 10%.

Responsibilities
- Supports the evolution of Sales-Inventory-Operations-Planning (SIOP) processes through structured supply and demand planning refinement.
- Defines and standardizes demand signals across imagery and data products to improve forecast clarity and alignment.
- Conducts what-if analysis across supply, demand, cost, margin, and operational constraints to inform business trade-offs.
- Partners with Finance and business leaders to define and validate economic value assumptions, including revenue, cost, and capacity implications used in prioritization frameworks.
- Collaborates with Product and Sales to translate growth initiatives into operational demand.
- Develops and maintains structured demand baselines, including alignment of contractual commitments and consumption patterns to improve planning accuracy.
- Establishes planning governance structures, including defined assumptions, risk thresholds, and escalation triggers.
- Organizes visualizations and communications to clearly convey strategic planning recommendations to leadership.
- Identifies gaps in data visibility required to support durable SIOP decision-making
- Ensures Next Gen SIOP processes evolve from ad-hoc or spreadsheet-driven analysis into sustainable, repeatable operating capabilities.

- Bachelors degree in fields such as Business Analytics, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or related field or equivalent work experience. MS/MBA is a bonus.Preferred Experience:
- Strong analytical skills with 4 years of experience in operations strategy, S&OP/SIOP, finance, or analytically intensive roles.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex topics clearly to cross-functional stakeholders and business leaders.
- Experience framing structured scenario analysis and translating results into defensible business recommendations.
- Ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
