Key Responsibilities
Training & Development
- Support the development and rollout of onboarding and training programs
- Assist in building training content, SOPs, and internal resources
- Help implement and manage training initiatives within ADP (LMS)
- Coordinate training sessions and communication
- Partner with leadership to support development efforts
- Assist in developing a companywide training matrix
- Execute training sessions as needed
- Maintain employee records and HR documentations
- Help build workflows in ADP
- Respond to employee inquiries
- Support audits and compliance activities
- Assists HR leadership as required
- Coordinate recognition programs
- Plan events and wellness initiatives
- Support reporting functions
- Maintain HR bulletin boards
- Organize HR files and systems
- Track HR initiatives
- Coordinate logistics for meetings and events
- 2–5 years of HR or related experience
- Strong organizational skills
- Experience with training preferred
- Familiarity with HRIS systems (ADP a plus)
- Excellent communication skills
- Detail-oriented and proactive
- Ability to build processes in a growing environment
- Advanced Excel skills

Salary : $70,000 - $80,000
