đĄ What Youâll Do
- Own the Order Cycle: Turn accepted quotes or contracts into flawless SAP Sales Orders with accurate pricing, terms, and materials.
- Lead the Logistics Flow: Create and manage Outbound Deliveries, ensuring inventory, credit, and export compliance before posting goods issue.
- Perfect the Paperwork: Generate shipping docsâPacking Lists, Commercial Invoices, customs formsâall directly from SAP.
- Be the Troubleshooter: Resolve fulfillment or system blocks like credit holds, material master issues, and logistics errors.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with supply chain and warehouse teams to align inventory and stock transfers.
- Keep Systems Talking: Monitor SAP data transfer with external logistics tools, resolving integration or IDoc issues fast.
- Optimize Everything: Identify and implement process improvements to make workflows faster, cleaner, and more compliant.
- Support Month-End: Ensure accurate, on-time Goods Issue postings for revenue recognition.
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3 years of hands-on SAP experience (ECC or S/4HANA, specifically the Sales & Distribution (SD) module).
- Proficiency in SAP transactions like VA01/VA02, VL01N/VL02N, and Goods Issue posting.
- Sharp attention to detail and a love for structured, precise work.
- Experience in capital equipment, manufacturing, or project-based operations.
- Familiarity with Materials Management (MM) or Financial Accounting (FI) modules.
- Experience creating or customizing shipping/compliance reports in SAP.
