What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production Associate position at E2 Group?
We’re looking for a Production Associate to join our team! This is a hands-on role where you’ll help keep our production floor running smoothly, making sure quality and efficiency stay on track.
What you’ll do:
- Operate production equipment and follow daily work orders
- Assist with assembly, fabrication, or packaging as needed
- Perform quality checks to make sure products meet standards
- Keep your work area clean, safe, and organized
- Work as part of a team to meet daily goals
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in a production or manufacturing setting is a plus, but not required
- Good attention to detail and willingness to learn new skills
- Ability to stand, move, and lift throughout your shift
- Reliable and team-oriented attitude
- High School Diploma required
- Drug screen & Background check completed prior to starting
