Assembler / Packager
General Description
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Assembler/Packager to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reading packing lists and assembly drawings to correctly assemble and package customer orders while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Responsibilities
- Review and interpret assembly instructions, drawings, and parts lists to ensure accurate assembly.
- Assemble orders by verifying connections for correct fit and fastening parts and subassemblies.
- Identify and report issues related to quality, processes, equipment, or materials to the Team Leader.
- Provide hands-on training and support to coworkers as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following all company policies and safety procedures.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Team Leader, Production Supervisor, or Manager.
Physical Demands
- Manual dexterity and good eyesight required for assembly work.
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds on a regular basis.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time during the shift.
Qualifications
- Prior assembly or packaging experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to read and follow packing lists and assembly drawings accurately.
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and teamwork.
- Commitment to workplace safety and product quality.

Pay: Up to $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
