This role is part of a proposal for the the Joint Modernization Command (JMC), Fort Bliss, TX. Hiring is contingent upon the selection of the consultant. Selected candidates will be included in the proposal and must authorize the use of their resume for submission.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for IT support requests via phone, email, or in person.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to:
- Desktop computers and laptops.
- Network connectivity.
- Printers, copiers, and fax machines.
- Telecommunication systems and services.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and system issues within defined service timelines.
- Configure, install, and maintain IT equipment and peripherals.
- Provide Microsoft Windows (Windows 10) and Microsoft Office Suite support.
- Assist users with email setup (Outlook) and application troubleshooting.
- Escalate unresolved issues and coordinate with appropriate technical teams.
- Maintain accurate ticketing, logs, and documentation of all service requests.
- Support system setup, configuration, and teardown for operational or field activities.
- Perform on-site support during exercises or events, including workstation setup and troubleshooting.
- Ensure compliance with security, safety, and operational procedures.
- Active Secret Clearance is mandatory.
- CompTIA A certification.
- CompTIA Security certification.
- Microsoft Windows certification (e.g., MCTS Windows 10 or equivalent).
- Experience supporting:
- Windows operating systems.
- Microsoft Office Suite.
- Adobe Acrobat.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and network environments.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical users.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
