Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring organization, cleanliness, and efficient storage of materials and equipment.
- Manage inventory, including tracking, labeling, and preparing materials for moving and logistics projects.
- Coordinate and execute the pickup and delivery of materials to support ongoing projects.
- Monitor and maintain company vehicles (trucks and vans), including usage, fuel levels, registration, and overall condition.
- Ensure vehicles remain safe, compliant, and operational through regular inspections and scheduled maintenance.
- Respond to vehicle-related issues and coordinate timely repairs or replacements.
- Pick up and distribute correspondence between office locations.
- Handle outgoing shipments, including preparing and processing deliveries through carriers such as FedEx.
- Support and guide on-site logistics teams during moving and project operations.
- Conduct site visits to monitor team performance, provide direction, and ensure service quality.
- Assist with planning and coordinating logistics services for project execution.
- Maintain clear communication with team members, management, and clients.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational procedures across all activities.
- Experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or transportation coordination.
