What You’ll Do
- Mentor and inspire warehouse leads to take ownership and advance their skillsets

- Oversee all key operations, ensuring seamless flow from receiving to shipping

What You’ll Bring
- 2-4 years experience in logistics or warehousing, with time spent guiding teams
- Strong grasp of distribution goals and the ability to measure what matters
- Track record of elevating team performance through coaching and support
- Skilled at leading group trainings and energizing team growth
- Natural communicator, advocate for proactive solutions, and highly organized
- Proven to lift morale while driving accountability and results
