What You’ll Do
- Take ownership of AR for major construction projects, from invoicing to collections
- Prepare and submit monthly billings, lien waivers, and compliance documents
- Record payments, reconcile accounts, and resolve discrepancies
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients to gather and submit required documents
- Identify ways to streamline AR processes and boost efficiency
- Provide exceptional service to internal teams and external clients
What You’ll Bring
- 3 years of proven accounts receivable experience within the construction industry
- Skilled with large ERP systems (Viewpoint a plus), AIA progress billing, collections, and small job miscellaneous billing.
- Tech savvy, proficient in MS Office and industry-specific platforms (Textura, GC Pay, Corrigo, Level Set)
- Organized, efficient, and able to juggle multiple priorities without missing a beat
- Eager to improve processes and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement
