For over the last 33 years have been servicing the Greater Los Angeles Area, including the Los Angeles, San Fernando, Santa Clarita Valley, and parts of Ventura County. Our Agency is proud to be a preferred provider for medical centers/groups such as Cedars Sinai Medical Center, ACH Hospitals, UCLA Guide Program, and others. Dynamic specializes in one-on-one care for seniors in the comfort and safety of their own homes.
We are looking for a full time Staffing Coordinator to join our team to assist with fields including but not limited to: staffing coordination and administrative tasks.
Job Description and Responsibilities:
- Use company EMR to coordinate clinician schedules and staff patient home health care needs.
- Collaborate with office team and field staff to ensure proper scheduling
- Work with recruiting to place candidates on proper cases.
- Assist intake team with Data entry and patient intro calls.
Other responsibilities of the position include:
- Staff and Re-staff patients according to necessary frequency
- Seek and recommend creative solutions for clinician retention and ensure clinicians are completing their necessary visits.
- Work with transitional care/intake team.
- Communicate/collaborate with the in-office care coordination team
