Purpose & Summary: As our Operations Systems Analyst, you are the go-to person for making our ITAD operating systems hum like a finely tuned engine. You bridge operations and technology, making sure our systems are simple, fast, and scalable. You're optimizing inventory, auditing quality, digging into data, and spotting opportunities for process improvements that others might miss. One moment you're collaborating with tech to deploy a new solution, the next you're guiding teams through process tweaks that make life easier and results stronger. Responsibilities include:
- Own and manage the ITAD Operations systems infrastructure in collaboration with Technology.
- Deploy and enhance ERP and related systems to improve quality, automation, and scalability.
- Implement quality control, audits, and root cause analysis for lasting improvements.
- Lead robust inventory control processes and track KPIs for accuracy and efficiency.
- Provide operations data analysis that drives better decisions and outcomes.
- Flex to support critical ITAD projects and collaborate across multiple teams.
What You Bring in Your Briefcase
- Minimum Qualifications:
- Post-high school education, certificate, or training in Management, Statistics, Mathematics, or Engineering (degree preferred).
- 3–5 years of experience in data management, inventory control, operating system support, reporting, and root cause analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), Google Docs, and data reporting.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Project Management experience.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, data visualization tools, and audit/compliance roles.
- Certified Quality Auditor or Quality Engineer.
Who Thrives in This Role (Head Heart)
Successful Candidate Profile: You're independent, precise, and love tackling challenges head-on. You work quickly, but always with accuracy and strategic thought. You can hold the big picture in your head while making sure the details are flawless. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy taking ownership, and feel at home in both data and process improvement conversations.
Skills & Abilities:
- Deliver the right metrics and data to the right people, from team members to leadership.
- Implement quality assurance and inventory control audits that actually make a difference.
- Perform root cause analysis to fix problems at their source (not just slap on a Band-Aid).
- Spot opportunities for automation, simplification, and smarter processes.
- Consolidate, organize, and present data in ways that drive action.
- Communicate clearly in writing and in person, with a knack for teaching others new processes.
- Engage and influence others to embrace process changes—without ruffling feathers.
