🕓 Schedule: Monday–Thursday or Tuesday–Friday, 6:30 am – 5:00 pm
📍 Work Location: Hendersonville, TN
💲 Compensation: $24.86 – $27.00/hour, merit increase eligible twice annually!
📈 Bonus: Quarterly Profit Sharing AND Pay Increase Opportunity Twice Per Year!

As an ITAD Operations Lead, you'll provide support to the ITAD Operations Supervisor for one or more production processes. You'll assist with training, process improvement, production tracking, and product flow—all while coaching ITAD Technicians to improve performance in efficiency, quality, compliance, safety, and value creation.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Process production material in accordance with written instructions
- Serve as a mentor, instructor, and area liaison
- Provide updates and recommendations to area supervisor on team member performance, wins, and opportunities
- Attend administrative production meetings
- Verify production numbers and submit requests for internal support services
- Communicate in accordance with procedures for non-compliances, near misses, accidents, and injuries
- Communicate with Account Management and Sales team members on order fulfillment status
- Support additional projects as assigned
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum six months of ITAD and/or production experience
- Advanced understanding of safety, quality, and data compliance procedures
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Working knowledge of team dynamics and coaching principles
- Forklift and/or pallet jack experience
- Excellent critical thinking, attention to detail, and communication skills
- Intermediate computer proficiency
- Strong organization, leadership, and training abilities
- Ability to lift 25–50 lbs. regularly (team lift up to 75 lbs.)
- Proven ability to effectively motivate and lead others
- Willingness to work more than 10 hours per day on occasion
- ITAD production product flow and processing experience
- Prior supervisory or team leadership experience
- Knowledge of ITAD product valuation for operating decisions
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Advanced math, spreadsheet, and database design skills
- Knowledge of OSHA, R2, ISO, and related standards
- Training or education in leadership or supervision
- Understanding of key financial and operational metrics
- Fast-paced production setting
- Regular standing, lifting, and moving of materials
- Collaborative and safety-focused atmosphere
