What You’ll Do:
- Plan, design, develop, test, coordinate, and implement efficient information and operations systems to support core organizational functions.
- Utilize reporting tools to create or modify database reports, automate reports, and update databases for operational efficiency.
- Provide consulting and advice to business units on solution design, system management, enterprise reporting, data ETL, and process automation.
- Collaborate with decision makers, systems owners, and end users to define business requirements for report generation, data extraction, and automation.
- Write programming scripts to enhance application functionality and performance.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with reporting and data ETL processes.
- Liaise with suppliers and operational staff for quality assurance and prompt issue resolution.
- Communicate and live Royal Credit Union's core purpose, values, and organizational culture daily.
Our Commitment To You:
- Compensation: $84,500- $119,600 annual salary plus corporate bonus (candidates with significant related experience may be higher. Pay also depends on candidates’ location)

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in business, computer science, MIS, or comparable work experience
- Two (2) years relational database reporting and analysis experience
- Experience in gathering and analyzing business requirements
- Must be bondable upon hire
Skills & Competencies:
- Familiarity with relational database models, query languages (PL/SQL, TSQL), SQR, XML, TFS, Visual Studio, SSIS, VBA, MS Office, C#, .Net, and database management systems
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to clearly communicate new processes and procedures
- Analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to define and solve practical problems, analyze data, and coordinate multiple priorities in high-volume environments
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills; able to resolve controversy, learn new technologies, and work effectively with team members and vendors
- Ability to function in high-volume environments and within time constraints to meet deadlines
Work Schedule and Office Location:
- Full-Time, salaried. Hours are typically 8am-5pm Monday through Friday. Occasional evening and weekend hours, are required to assist with System issues.
- This position is part of Royal's workplace flexibility program and has the ability to be remote after a few months of training and proficiency in the position.
- Occasional travel required for All-Team meetings and training (less than 20%).
Training:
- Prior to starting a normal work schedule, new Royal team members must attend Foundation Training at our Corporate Center in Eau Claire, WI from 9:00am - 4:30pm on Monday and Tuesday during their first week of employment. Out of town learners will be reimbursed costs related to travel and lodging.
- Foundation Training covers fundamental information about Royal’s culture and core values which sets the stage for team members to be successful within our organization.
