What You Bring
- 2 years of experience leading people in restaurant, retail, or hospitality environments
- A passion for serving guests and elevating their day
- Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
- A track record of delivering results and building strong teams

- Strong systems proficiency, specifically with scheduling applications and inventory/invoice management platforms; experience with Crunchtime, HotSchedules, or similar workforce and back-office systems strongly preferred.
