We are hiring an Administrative Assistant to support Operations, Inside Sales, Purchasing, Automation, and Marketing with hands-on, detail-heavy work. This role is ideal for someone who likes organizing information, cleaning up data, and keeping projects and people on track.
Role Summary
The Administrative Assistant is a central support role that:
- Builds and maintains simple Excel-based reports and dashboards
- Cleans and organizes data across P21, WPCRM, Outlook, and shared drives
- Supports vendor acknowledgements, SDS/compliance documentation, and SOPs
- Coordinates meetings, trainings, onboarding, and small internal events
Experience And Qualifications
- 1–3 years in an administrative, operations, coordinator, or office support role
- Experience in distribution, manufacturing, or an industrial/B2B environment is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable working with numbers, lists, and structured data
- Ability to manage multiple small tasks and priorities at once
- Strong written communication for documentation, emails, and meeting notes
- Able to take ad hoc direction and turn it into finished work with limited follow-up
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Administration, or a related field preferred
- Equivalent experience will be considered
We Are Looking For Someone Who Is Confident With
- Microsoft Excel
- Filters, sorting, basic formulas, conditional formatting
- Willing to learn VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, and basic data cleanup
- Microsoft 365
- Outlook (email and calendar)
- Teams (chat and meetings)
- OneNote (notes, SOPs, action items)
- Planner or Tasks (task tracking)
- SharePoint / OneDrive (file organization)
- ERP / CRM Systems
- Experience with an ERP (such as Prophet 21) or similar system is a plus
- Experience with a CRM (such as WPCRM, Salesforce, or HubSpot) is a plus
