What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production Secretary/ Payroll Admin position at DTC Workforce Programs?
DTC Workforce Programs is now interviewing for a temporary opportunity in Enderlin. This opportunity provides excellent experience with a leader in global nutrition who unlocks the power of nature to envision, create and combine ingredients and flavors for food and beverages, supplements, animal feed, and more! This is an on site position requiring you to be here Monday - Friday from 7AM to 3PM. There are not work from home capabilities with this position. This position is only temporary, and is expected to last anywhere from 3 - 6 months.

Job Duties Include:
- Assist with day to day office duties and tasks.
- Maintain safety and cleanliness of equipment and building
- Work in a fast-paced environment to complete various job tasks including processing payroll, entering time off requests, adjusting time clocks and time sheets, entering data, filing reports, etc.
- Occasionally making trips to neighboring towns to pick up orders and equipment as needed.
- Utilize computer systems to input and record data as required in regards to safety, sanitation, maintenance and processing equipment operation
- Understand and adhere to ADM's Safety, Environmental Compliance and Food Quality and goal of achieving a zero injury culture.
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
- Ability to understand and effectively communicate in English (verbal/written)
- Ability to work on site Monday - Friday from 7AM to 3PM
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Experience in payroll/ data entry, banking, or other similar office positions (preferred)
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment that requires you to think on your feet, adapt to changes, and be flexible in day to day duties
- Valid Drivers License
- Requires ability and willingness to wear all required PPE.
