Role Description The Financial Secretary is a full-time, on-site role based in the Alsager Meats Office in Kindred, ND. This role is responsible for maintaining financial records, processing invoices and payments, and assisting with preparation of financial statements and reports. Day-to-day tasks include recording transactions, tracking budgets, reconciling accounts, and supporting basic accounting activities. The Financial Secretary also handles administrative duties such as organizing files, preparing correspondence, and coordinating documentation for internal and external stakeholders. The role works closely with management to ensure accurate financial information and smooth administrative operations.
