Consumer Insight & Market Analysis
- Develop deep expertise in your category and adjacent markets, understanding global trends and emerging consumer needs.
- Identify whitespace opportunities and uncover emotional and functional drivers behind consumer behavior.
- Partner with research and analytics teams to turn insights into actionable innovation strategies.
- Build an insight-driven innovation roadmap that delivers products designed to surprise, delight, and grow the brand.
- Craft compelling product narratives that connect emotionally with consumers and elevate the brand experience.
- Collaborate with design, culinary, and engineering teams to create differentiated, high-performing concepts.
- Lead end-to-end product development-defining positioning, features, pricing, and packaging aligned with brand and business goals.
- Drive cross-functional execution with teams in design, engineering, sourcing, and marketing.
- Support product testing, validation, and sustainability initiatives to ensure quality and long-term trust.
- Partner with marketing, creative, and sales to bring product stories to life across all channels-packaging, content, retail, and digital.
