You'll be responsible for implementing and maintaining quality systems, supporting compliance with regulatory and certification standards, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and mentoring team members to uphold quality and food safety standards.
- Overseeing daily quality operations and collaborating with leadership to enhance systems and processes.
- Supporting internal and external audits, managing documentation, and driving corrective actions.
- Monitoring KPIs and contributing to strategic initiatives that improve product integrity and consumer trust.
- Managing lab equipment, calibrations, and sanitation protocols to ensure consistent performance.
