Human Resources Analyst (Compensation Focus)
Full‑Time | On‑Site | Manufacturing Environment
Position Summary
We are seeking a data‑driven Human Resources Analyst with a strong focus on compensation analysis to support a dynamic, operations‑focused organization. This role leads key compensation initiatives while also gaining exposure to the broader employee lifecycle, including recruiting, training, and benefits.
This is a fully on‑site position, offering close partnership with leadership and employees in a manufacturing setting. The ideal candidate enjoys working with data, influencing leaders with insights, and building fair, competitive compensation programs while developing into a well‑rounded HR professional.
Key Responsibilities
Compensation & Analytics (Primary Focus)
- Lead market pricing and benchmarking using salary surveys and industry data
- Analyze internal equity and recommend pay adjustments to ensure fair and consistent compensation practices
- Support the development and maintenance of salary structures, pay ranges, and incentive programs
- Create and maintain compensation guidelines, policies, and procedures
- Conduct job evaluations and maintain job descriptions and classifications
- Partner with HR and business leaders to provide data‑driven compensation recommendations
- Monitor compensation trends and ensure compliance with applicable regulations
- Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to support decision‑making
Broader HR Exposure & Development
- Support recruiting efforts through workforce analytics and process improvements
- Assist with training and development initiatives by analyzing participation and effectiveness
- Contribute to benefits analysis, including utilization and cost trend reporting
- Participate in cross‑functional HR projects to gain exposure across multiple HR disciplines
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of HR analyst experience ideally within a manufacturing setting
- Experience with job evaluation, market pricing, and compensation structure design
- Working knowledge of compensation practices, trends, and compliance requirements
Skills & Competencies
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Advanced Excel and HRIS proficiency; data visualization experience is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and ability to partner with leaders at all levels
- High attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information
- Strong project management and organizational skills
Preferred
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Professional certifications (e.g., CCP, SHRM‑CP, PHR)
- Experience working with compensation survey tools and systems
Salary : $100,000 - $115,000
