Head of Customs Brokerage- USA

We are partnered with a global, integrated logistics and supply chain organization to recruit a Head of Customs Broker - U.S. This senior leader will have full responsibility for U.S. customs brokerage operations, with a mandate to stabilize performance, strengthen execution, and support commercial growth across a complex, highly regulated environment.

This role carries national scope, significant scale, and direct engagement with senior regional leadership.

• Lead and oversee a U.S. customs brokerage organization of 200 professionals
• Own operational performance across service quality, compliance, productivity, and cost‑to‑serve
• Partner closely with commercial leadership to support growth, retention, and customer satisfaction
• Provide strong, visible leadership during ongoing regulatory change and operational volatility
• Drive performance management, capacity planning, and accountability to service and financial KPIs
• Serve as the senior U.S. point of accountability for customs brokerage delivery and regulatory matters
• Build and sustain a disciplined, high performance operating culture
  
  

• Active Licensed Customs Broker (required)
• 10-15 years of progressive leadership experience in customs brokerage and trade compliance
• Licensed Customs Broker
• Proven experience leading large, multi‑site operational teams at scale
• Strong understanding of U.S. customs regulations and brokerage operations
• Ability to balance commercial partnership with hands on operational leadership
• Executive presence with the ability to influence across functions and senior stakeholders
