Company Overview: Leading Electrical Appliance Company is looking for a Domestic Logistics Coordinator to join their team.

Seeking a Domestic Logistics Coordinator responsible for ensuring smooth and timely order fulfillment. This role supports efficient supply chain operations and serves as a key link between internal teams and external partners.

• Coordinate and track domestic shipments from start to delivery.
• Prepare accurate shipping documents, labels, and bills of lading.
• Monitor assigned accounts and update order details in the system daily.
• Communicate with carriers, brokers, and warehouses to prevent or resolve delays.
• Send Advanced Shipping Notices (ASNs) within required timeframes.
• Proactively track orders, address issues, and escalate late shipments.
• Invoice orders promptly upon shipment.
• Ensure compliance with pallet counts, truckload limits, and routing requirements.
• Maintain timely communication with internal teams and management.
