- Coordinate and track domestic shipments from start to delivery.
- Prepare accurate shipping documents, labels, and bills of lading.
- Monitor assigned accounts and update order details in the system daily.
- Communicate with carriers, brokers, and warehouses to prevent or resolve delays.
- Send Advanced Shipping Notices (ASNs) within required timeframes.
- Proactively track orders, address issues, and escalate late shipments.
- Invoice orders promptly upon shipment.
- Ensure compliance with pallet counts, truckload limits, and routing requirements.
- Maintain timely communication with internal teams and management.
- Prior experience in logistics, shipping, or supply chain coordination.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
