We're hiring an Administrative Coordinator at DrillCo in West Orange, NJ.
This is a great fit for someone early in their admin career who wants to learn commercial construction from the inside. You'll work directly with company ownership, our estimating team, and project managers, not in a back office.
What you'd be doing:
• Day-to-day admin support for executive leadership and project staff
• Helping assemble bids and proposals
• Organizing project files, subcontractor documents, and tracking deadlines
• Serving as a first point of contact for clients, subs, and vendors
What we're looking for:
• Associate's or bachelor's degree
• 1–3 years of admin/office experience
• Solid Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat skills
• Someone organized, reliable, and eager to learn
No construction experience needed. We'll train you on our industry tools and processes.
$50,000–$55,000/year · Health insurance · PTO · Room to grow into a senior admin or operations role
Full-time, in-person, Monday–Friday in West Orange, NJ.
