Vert seeks an experienced Quality Control Inspector to perform routine quality inspections and tests. Successful candidates will be meticulous in their work, detail-oriented, and possess a background in quality processes. Must be knowledgeable about measurement and test equipment (MT&E). Aptitude for working with data and a solid grasp of basic engineering concepts are helpful. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are a must. Responsibilities:
Vert's Quality Control Technician reports to the Quality Control Manager.
Perform quality inspections and tests accurately and efficiently, both in the factory and at construction sites, using a variety of instruments, tests, and calculations to determine conformity to the required standards.
Inspect and ensure supplies received at the factory or construction sites meet quality standards and consistency. Identify
defects in workmanship or non-compliance to specifications and standards.
Monitor other accountable individuals carrying out quality activities.
Compare test results for compliance with company and regulatory requirements, record results, and notify management of out-of-specification tests and trends.
Monitor manufacturing quality at control checkpoints throughout the manufacturing process and identify deviations from control limits–both in the factory and at the construction sites.
Correctly record and file all relevant record logs and documentation using databases and systems.
Work with cross-functional teams to monitor and improve quality, reliability, and performance.
Support, calibrate, and run automated quality control systems.

Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED - required
1 years in quality control or quality assurance position
Meticulous attention to detail
Must have excellent math skills; ability to add,
subtract, multiply and divide by all units of measure–using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
Excellent interpersonal skills
Experienced with software, including Word and Excel
Skilled with measurement and test equipment Good verbal and written English
