Quality Control Technician - IT Logistics

WHAT YOU'LL DO:The Quality Assurance Technician is a critical part of our logistics and support operations, responsible for ensuring accuracy, compliance, and quality in our inventory and outbound shipments.Key Responsibilities:Supervise and complete materials and equipment requests. Manage and track inventory with strong attention to accuracy and detail. Handle outbound shipments, ensuring precise picking, packing, and labeling. Audit outbound shipments for compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Conduct inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies. Maintain QA data and report findings to management daily. Ensure timely deliveries in alignment with client Orientation dates. Adhere to safety protocols and support safe disposal of equipment. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Provide troubleshooting support where appropriate. Utilize data entry systems for traceability and accuracy. Liaise daily with Inventory teams across the NORAM region. Participate in daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts as directed by the Site Lead. Coordinate shipping to NORAM and global locations. Support other projects as assigned by management. Essential Criteria: Operating pallet jacks safely and effectively. Using Excel and other software tools to organize and analyze data. Responding to emails with professional and clear written communication.Experience in logistics, warehousing, or manufacturing (preferred, not required)Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially ExcelFamiliarity with inventory management tools (preferred)Excellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational and time management abilitiesHigh attention to detail and accuracyCollaborative mindset with a customer-service focusProfessional demeanor and commitment to quality The EOS pay range for this job is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
