What We're Looking For
- CPA Certification
- 4 years of combined public accounting and in-house experience (preferably Big 4 plus fintech/crypto/financial services).
- Proven ability to manage month-end close, reconciliations, and reporting processes.
- Experience with blockchain explorers, wallet management tools, or digital assets accounting platforms.
- Familiarity with financial regulatory reporting frameworks.
- Prior experience in a high-growth or early-stage startup environment.
