Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Grounds Maintenance Worker to join our team in Boston. This role involves maintaining outdoor areas through routine landscaping tasks, ensuring properties remain safe, clean, and well-presented year-round.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform lawn care services including mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing
• Maintain garden beds, shrubs, and hedges through pruning and weeding
• Remove debris such as leaves, branches, and litter from outdoor areas
• Operate basic landscaping equipment safely (mowers, trimmers, blowers)
• Follow safety procedures and company guidelines at all times
• Report maintenance issues or equipment needs to supervisors
  
  

Qualifications

• Previous landscaping or outdoor labor experience preferred (not required)
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the day
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Basic knowledge of landscaping tools and equipment is a plus
  
  

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay: $18 - $24 per hour (based on experience)
