Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer calls, emails, and service inquiries
- Schedule landscaping, maintenance, and seasonal services
- Coordinate appointments with field teams and supervisors
- Maintain accurate customer records and service updates
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
- Support administrative functions including billing support and service confirmations
- Previous customer service or administrative experience preferred
